shipping information:
Standard delivery within Ireland normally takes between 3 and 5 working days. Please ensure that you put your contact number at time of purchase. We will contact you with an estimated time and day of delivery. If you are not at the delivery address at time of delivery the delivery will be returned to us and you may be liable for a repeat delivery charge. Our couriers do not leave goods without a signature. Please inform through info@bubblebaby.ie if you wish to leave an alternative delivery address.

Next day delivery is only applicable to Ireland and some restrictions may apply.
deliveries outside Ireland:
For delivery outside Ireland please inform us of the products you intend to purchase and contact us at info@bubblebaby.ie for delivery charge. We will offer you the best shipping rate that is available to us. As delivery is determined by weight you must inform us of the complete purchases and we will notify you of the charge. The quote is only based on the information that you give to us. If you add or take away items from your delivery the rate will change and a new quote must be obtained. International orders may be subject to customs and tax and is the sole responsibility of the customer to comply with taxes that are applicable to their own country.
receiving damaged or faulty goods
If your goods have been delivered damaged then we need to know immediately. You may contact us at info@bubblebaby.ie and inform us of the damage. We require your order number, details of the fault and contact details. It is imperative that the goods remain in their original packaging. We will investigate this matter quickly. Please take a photograph of the damage as this may be needed as part of the investigation.
receiving a wrong item
Due to human or computer error the wrong part/item can be dispatched .
We need to resolve this immediately and efficiently. You may contact us at info@bubblebaby.ie and inform us of the item that was incorrect. We require your order number, details of wrong item and contact details. It is imperative that the goods remain in their original packaging. We will investigate this matter quickly.
missing Items:
You may contact us at info@bubblebaby.ie and submit your query/complaint, remember to include your order number, contact details and the goods you haven’t received. We will deal with all cases in a quick and efficient manner.
cancelling orders:
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us using info@bubblebay.ie detailing your order number and contact details. It is not always possible to cancel an order. Once orders go through to distribution process they cannot be recalled. If your order is shipped and is refused; the shipping and return costs will be at your expense. A restocking fee of €5 or 7% of the value of goods, whichever is greater will also be incurred.
