returns
You can return any item to us within 7 days of receipt. Please note however that returns must be unopened, completely sealed, unused and returned to us in new condition. We will make a full refund of the price of the product (excluding shipping costs) to deliver products to you. After seven days, we can not give refunds if the goods are not faulty.
After seven days we reserve the right to refuse opened or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of €5 or 7% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater.
Please note that for us to be able to receive a refund from the manufacturer, we have to be able to satisfy them that the item has not been used, unopened and all seals are wrappings are still intact.
refunds
Refunds are reissued through orignal payment method only. Please be aware that depending on your banking system, refunds can take up to 15 working days this is not within the control of our company but the banking system.
personalised goods
Any products that are personalised in anyway at the request of the customer cannot be returned. Please ensure that bubblebaby.ie have the correct information for your personalised item. Bubblebaby.ie will accept no responsibility for misspellings or any other personalised symbol requested by the customer
faulty goods
Please ensure that the item is definitely faulty by calling the manufacturer's helpline who will complete standard checks over the phone. We advise that you take this action, as if a product is found not to be faulty, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
If the item appears faulty within 28 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement or issue a refund to you.
After six months of receipt of the item we cannot accept returned faulty goods, so you will need to contact the manufacturer.
Please keep your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email. If returning any items please state clearly your name, address and order number.
All returned items must be sent by recorded post, as we are not responsible for un-received goods.
Please ensure that packaging is sufficient to ensure damage costs do not occur in transit. We will not accept responsibility for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier.
Return postage can not be refunded under any circumstances.
